Competition shows give ordinary people the ability to compete and change their lives forever. Did you know that there are many competition television shows that you can stream right now? Here are three shows to consider streaming this Thanksgiving weekend:

Nailed It!

Courtesy of Netflix

Hosted by Nicole Byer, this entertaining food show explores art through delicious stylized designs by gifted bakers competing for $10,000 using their baking talents to create sculptures typically found in a contemporary art museum. The show is a lot of fun to watch and is a great use of time during these challenging times. The show is available to stream on Netflix. You can also check out their holiday spinoff Nailed It! Holiday! on the streaming service as well.

Project Greenlight

Hosted and produced by actors Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, Project Greenlight follows the journeys of aspiring filmmakers who are given the shot to direct their very own feature film. The show originally aired in 2001 but was picked up for another season in 2015. It is currently available to stream on HBO’s streaming service HBO Max.

Love Island

Love Island is an international reality dating show in which a group of young adults is put on an island and look for love. While the US version of the show can be found on CBS All Access (soon to be rebranded as Paramount Plus in early 2021), the UK version can be found on Hulu.

We hope you enjoyed this week’s blogpost. Happy holidays, everyone!
