Hey, super interesting !!! I’m working at PayPal, working in data analytics for a long time, also developping www.mysoftwaregate.com at the moment, and I totally enjoyed your article.
What I also noticed, on top of choosing the right KPIs and actionable ratios, one key to succeed is also the ability to tell a story for stakeholders to understand it in their own language : what the PM needs to change to improve products and so on with concepts he can understand easily. What does it mean concretely and which are the actions/parameters the product owner needs to tweak to get the product right.
