There is this really simple, yet meaningful exercise in the CISV organisation.

You’d be living in a camp for 2 to 4 weeks with complete strangers from all around the globe.

Once a day, anyone can come up with a question and share it with the rest.

Then we’ll take 15 to 30 minutes to think about it, share it in a small groups or keep it to oneself.

I’d like to share the experiment with you, since I’m thinking about doing the same during my quarantine.

I’ll try to keep a link between each and every questions throughout the days.

10 to 30 minutes each day.

A pen and a paper.

Thinking, drawing, writing, anything …

But try to stay with your own thoughts.

Day 1. Looking at yourself in the mirror, what is it that you see ?

Day 2. Back to the mirror, what would you like to see ?

Day 3. Take a look at your life, where do you act and where do you react ?

Day 4. In which area of your life would you like to act more ?

Day 5. How can you translate the priority you set yourself on day 4, into an action you start with today ?

Day 6. How do you express love in your relationships ?

Day 7. How do you recognize you’re being loved ?

Day 8. What is necessary in order to build love ?

Day 9. Can love even be built ?

Day 10. When falling in love, can we also fall out of it ?

Day 11. What do you get success from ?

Day 12. Does reading about success helps you to become more successful ?

Day 13. How much is enough ?

Day 14. How much does luck have an impact on success ?

Day 15. Is success enhanced by cooperation of competition ?
