5 TIPS TO BEAT STRESS BY LOULOU

Driver license exam, big football final or an important interview, we all going through tough situations where our stress is at his maximum and we lose control. You already try things you see on the internet but it’s not working for you? Don’t worry I’m ready to share my habits to be stronger than that. Don’t forget that these tips are what I do and it shall not work on everyone, I hope with that article you will find your OWN way to do it and then share it with me!
1. Be confident
It might sound obvious but that is something we tend to neglect during a stressful situation. I want to you to look behind you and see what you already did and accomplished. If you’re in that situation it’s because you went through things that go you stressed but you manage to go further. Be proud of you, remind yourself why you are here and where you want to be in the future. Does the future you wants you to fail? I’m not sure but what I know is that when you will look back at this situation 2 years after, you will be smiling and saying: “I did all of this for something”.

2. Think
As you know, the nights before an important event for you is one moment of loneliness and reconsideration for you. But what I am telling you now is to use this situation in your advantage. You don’t manage to sleep, you’re getting angry and moving from side to side in your bed. Don’t worry it’s normal and sorry for you, you’re not going to sleep yet. What I recommend you is to take this time to imagine yourself in your head during the upcoming stressful situation. That’s it, you’re sitting in front of your interviewer for your dreaming job and you start by introducing yourself, you answer his questions you already planned and prepare, everything is doing great, you shake his hand than leave, the perfect interview. Yes this might be just in your head but you went through the situation one time now and you know how it is going to look like. Do it as many times that you need to be enough confident then you can start to sleep knowing that you’re ready for tomorrow. This technique is working very fine with me but you might need to do it differently according how you interpret things.
3. Prepare yourself
What do I mean by prepare yourself is not to be prepared mentally but physically. Who doesn’t a favourite outfit where he feels the most comfortable? I’m pretty sure no one doesn’t. So for you to be well during your special event, I want you to pick up you favorite underwear, shirt, pants, shoes so that you will be more than ready to achieve anything. At this point, you maybe think that it’s not relevant but trust me when you 5 minutes away from your nightmare, you sure want to feel comfortable and nice in your clothes. Like that, you have the impression that nothing can hurt you. Trust me on this one, you will thank me later.
4. Share around you
At this stage what I want you to do something very important and not only against a stressful situation is to talk about how you feel around you. The most dangerous thing to do is to be silent in a though situation and keep everything for yourself. When you explain your situation to your family or friends, you allow them to help you and this can make a huge difference. They are the ones that are the most competent to guide you through stress and assure you that you’re going to perform no matter what. For your confidence, it’s gold and you never have to underestimate that. If you feel alone and no one is there to help you, I’m telling you to keep your head up and be stronger than this. You will find the proper people to have near you so that you can become someone that was going one of the most hardest feeling so go on and be proud of you.

5. Breath
My final advice is going to be the easiest one, simply breathe. We tend to forget to in stressful situation but breathing is what make our body and soul as one. Take free time for you, go walk, go run so that you breath fresh air that is going to make you feel good and that is the beginning of success.
