Today I’m going to write about the largest black hole,

found in the universe to the day…

So Guys, let’s start our blog…😀

Guys, I’m gonna say Ton 618 in the whole blog.

But It’s the short word for Tonantzintla 618.🙂

So, Ton 618 is one of the hyper luminous radio-loud quasar.

located near the border of the constellations Canes Venatici and Coma Berenices,

TON 618, imaged by the Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 9 (DR9). The quasar appears as the bright, bluish-white dot at the center.

Guys, It possesses the most massive black hole ever found,

At 66 billion solar mass…

The Ton 618 black hole is approximately 18.2 billion light-years…

In 1970, a radio survey at Bologna in Italy discovered radio emission from TON 618, indicating that it was a quasar. and hence was one of the most luminous quasars known.

As a quasar, TON 618 is believed to be the active galactic nucleus at the center of a galaxy, the engine of which is a supermassive black hole feeding on intensely hot gas and matter in an accretion disc. The light originating from the quasar is estimated to be 10.8 billion years old.
