Great post John 😊 this goes back to Deming “95% of problems are systemic” organisational whack-a-mole generally involves trying to fix the people (5% chance of success) vs. fixing the system (95% chance of success). You’re right, all organisations have problems, the ones the fix them don’t blame the people, they fix the system.
