Well, MEDITATION is not only a physical activity but more likely a mentally. It’s very common to get distracted due to some thought, worrying, daydreaming or falling asleep during meditation, but one can prevent them easily by considering few facts:
#MEDITATION is not about breathing but the FOCUS(into present moment).
#Never try to control your thoughts while doing meditation, let them free-flow. Don’t instruct your mind what not to do, but whenever you start daydreaming tells your mind that it’s a thought and I’m going to travel its very end. Repeat this practice for multiple days, whenever a new thoughts arrive acknowledge it to your mind and freely flow with it…even though it consume all of your time. Practice it for few days….or months….I’ll bet, you will stop daydreaming and achieved 100% involvement in meditation.
MEDITATION CAN BE DONE EFFORTLESSLY IF PRACTICES REGULARLY.
