Thank you so much! It would depend on the type of wood, color of brick, and the colors of the other items in the room. Generally, for consistency, if the wood is cool toned it's good to go with a gray or cool off-white (though I perfer gray), and if it's warm toned go with a tan, brown, or warm off-white. The brick color complicates it more, so I don't have any suggestions without an image. Worst case scenario, if you match the wood to the neutral, then the brick, if it doesn't work as well, can exist as a nice accent.
