ISMB/ECCB 2015

Hello! I am Anupama and I am a graduate student at University College Dublin. I am trying to predict genes essential for survival in some pathogenic fungi using machine learning based methods.

I am a member of the ISCB Student Council and serve as the Council’s representative to the ISCB Board of Directors. I was attending ISMB/ECCB 2015 in Dublin and its been a great pleasure meeting many of the Student Council leaders, past leaders and many of the ISCB staff and members once again!
