A few thoughts from my meditation sessions to organise a chaotic mind.

For over the past five years, meditation has been an integral part of my everyday life. It has immensely helped me in swimming back from the dark voids of depression and negativeness. Over the years it has gradually modified the way my mind thinks of and perceives the material world.

While most of my meditation sessions are not too long and are focused on the single point, which is the swara ‘Om’, I sometimes do try to use the energy and focus generated to ponder upon a certain subjects.
