Inspired by Black Mirror (Netflix show) — ‘White Mirror’ (holding name while we devise a suitable one) provides an immersive flash forward (glimpse/vision) of our Utopian future. In uncertain times (like now), technological disruption and impactful stories can change our mental worldview — our perceptions and eventually our reality.
Black Mirror is a powerful show, depicting a dystopian future caused in part by misused evolving technologies. From dating to our memories, even death and beyond with strong negative triggers for the mind. As a result, you’re left fearful, uncertain and worried (perhaps similar to after watching Terminator or similar productions).
We are ‘what we think, see, say, do and spend our energy on’. Therefore to manifest a better future we want to flip the model and bring about a transformation of perception (offering regeneration, rejuvenation & renewal) compassionately co-curating from:
-scarcity to +abundance,
-hoarding (me) to +sharing/caring (we),
-darkness to +light,
-fear/hatred to +love,
-isolated to +connected,
-watcher to +participant

Shifting our consciousness and rewiring our brains (to positively impact neuroplasticity) to get our RAS (Reticular Activation System) to influence what matters and is meaningful for humankind to thrive.

I envisage this to be deeply interactive (refer to ‘Experiating’, from simple story-telling to immersive story-showing, see more at: anuraj.io/philosophy) — a unique documentary film (+edu-tainment) to be launched as a transmedia story-tell and multimedia production (options incl. iMax style, Cinematic VR to potential holographic) with multiple and adaptable manifestations from old school documentary style to highly curated/personalized experiences (e.g. using EEG based interactive and alternate scenarios). The content will embed/feature multiple use-cases and applications of tech ranging from IoT/IoE, AI-DL, AR/VR-MR/XR, Blockchain, 3D/4D Printing, Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Smart Sensors — EEG with a range of BCI apps (NeuroTech), HRV, GSR/EDA, TDCS, etc. Aim to address key Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations (in particular SDGs: 1, 3, 4, 9, 11 & 17 ref: sustainabledevelopment.un.org/).
Why now?
We are clearly witnessing a moment in Human history of unprecedented change and the rate of change is accelerating faster than we thought — what was expected to occur in 3 to 5 years is happening now. It reminds me of the saying “The world is changing so fast that a person who says it can’t be done is interrupted by the person already doing it”.
We are at a pivoting juncture for us to wake up (& ‘Collabovate’ — Open Collaborative Innovation, for more refer: anuraj.io/philosophy) in solving some of humanity’s most pressing challenges and crises at hand. As Peter Diamandis often says — the world’s biggest problems are the world’s biggest opportunities. The world has shrunk further and is even more connected as we work together to address these grand challenges. And hence the new-age definition of a billionaire is even more apt: One who helps and positively impacts a billion+ people! We want to see a thriving world with existing socio-economic priorities re-oriented to serve Planet, Purpose, Prosperity before simply profit. Imagine if every organization became a B-Corp as we come out on the other side of this crisis. Our Future of Work is even more Human (i.e. where tech is simply an enabler to augment our intelligence) and hence we need to ensure we humanize tech to the fullest by applying ‘Simplexity’(Complex made Simple, for more refer: anuraj.io/philosophy)
With business as unusual, new norms are being defined and it is time to re-invent/pivot, re-energize & so collectively empower ourselves to determine humanity’s prosperity & happiness. And not just being forced to compromise to the rapidly changing times. We need to adapt positively and optimally. The content will provide deep motivation and take inspiration from across borders, ideologies, and domains. A fusion of science, technology, philosophy, psychology for a mainstream audience.

We need mass behaviour and attitude change to influence culture and subsequent conscious leadership. Build the integral and compounded evolution of PQ->IQ->EQ->SQ->AQ as a new potential model for Maslow with ‘heartset’ at the core. Foresight and Wisdom share of deep thought leadership from talking the talk to walking the talk! The manifestation of this would take on several formats and could avail multiple platforms for life-long learning to provide short courses, snacky content, and link to the most relevant resources. There is no need to re-invent the wheel in most parts, it requires curating and personalizing profound relevant knowledge nuggets (ideas, stories & phenomena).
In Conclusion:
The world is facing grand challenges. Humanity needs the right leadership, vision, and action. ‘White mirror’ takes us on this magical journey to a utopian future where breakthrough technology and our best ideas at the intersection of science, spirituality, philosophy are deployed to benefit humanity at large. Awakening society to take the quantum leap by constructing an exponential mindset of true abundance, deep empathy, and total bliss.
