SMART GOALS

Setting goals is almost effortless but fulfilling them can turn out to be taxing. We mainly have 2 types of goals — short term and long term. Long term goals often act as an inspiration for attaining short term goals. Sometimes we need a little more than inspiration in order to achieve our short term goals. We need a plan and a strategy.

SMART goal technique acts as the bridge for you and your goals.

In this technique, you make sure that whatever goal you choose for yourself is SMART!

S- Specific

M- Measurable

A- Attainable

R- Relevant

T- Time based

So next time when you plan on achieving some goal, make sure it is specific in its nature, you can measure your progress through some way, your goal is attainable and relevant to your present situation and you have a set time limit within which you aspire to succeed!

This is a fluent way towards reaching your goals. It gives your goals the gravity they deserve and gives you a clear cut way to work on your goals.
