Francophone Africa just has a different make up both politically and culturally.

Thanks, Nyah. As France’s recent policy shifts have shown, culture is fluid and constantly changing .I do agree that Francophone Africa is culturally quite different from Anglophone Africa, but I think that investors have let that blind them to the opportunities and potential of the region.
