Brussels is expected to be on lock down for the foreseeable future
It is unknown when the capital city will resume its normal activity

Brussels is now in it’s forth day of lock down, causing increased fear and anxiety for Belgian people.
The lock down comes after the Paris attacks that occurred on the 13th on November. Many of the suspects behind the attacks are still on the run and are suspected to be living in Brussels to launch another attack.
A resident of Brussels, Annelise Augustyes said she is aware the lock down is important to help protect its residents but ‘everyone is going crazy not knowing when this will end.’
Residents are trying to live their lives as normally as possible under the circumstances.
Eva Schulz tweeted an image of her college peers studying in a house even though the university is closed.
The Belgian people were advised by the police to not tweet their location or anything in relation to the security measures put in place in an attempt to keep the attackers in the dark about police activity.
As a result of this, the residents of Belgium began tweeting images of cats to lighten the mood in the capital city.
