Dry Creek Falls

I was supposed to go backpacking this last weekend, but the weather didn’t cooperate. So after a lazy morning on Sunday, we decided to go for a quick hike in the Gorge. The choice was Dry Creek Falls, basically because it was a new place to us.

The waterfall is tiny compared to other ones around it, but it’s still really cool and the cliffs surrounding it are pretty big. Worth a visit!

It’s a short hike, just 4.5 miles round-trip, and pretty easy.

And on our way back home, we stopped to watch what could have been the best sunset I’ve seen on the Columbia River.
