It’s time for real revolution; forget timid civil disobedience

From a party standpoint, which do you think is the better option? Rebuilding the Democratic party into a progressive one, or working to build an entirely new party to replace it. The first option seems like the easier one, with the party infrastructure already in place, but I’m afraid that supporting Dems at all right now might lead to their thinking that all is forgiven. But it seems like trying to build a new party would take more time and resources than we have available in present circumstances.
