The Story of my Life in 100 Words

First memories-preschool. Gummies at nap time. Smiles with friends. Playing outside with sister. Digging a hole in the sand.

Homework and school uniforms. Learning to play softball. Reading. Going to Wisconsin to go tubing and see family. Monopoly with cousins everyday. Bike rides to Lions Park. School dances with my friends.

Getting older. More homework. Going to the Mile High City. Hiking in national parks with cousins. Having fun with friends. More reading.

Joining a travel softball team. Graduating junior high. Six Flags with friends. Tournament in Minnesota. Becoming a Knight. Making new friends.

And the wonderful life continues…

Music That Moves Me

I love the song Don’t Stop Believing by Journey. I grew up hearing it all the time because my dad listens to classic rock a lot, so this song brings back memories from when I was younger. I also love this song because it has a great meaning behind it; keep believing in your dreams. It just inspires to me to be true to myself and what I love to do.

People That I Admire

My Aunt Karen

My Aunt Karen fought off her cancer for a really long time before she passed away last summer, but she made the most of every minute. She spent time with her family and was kind and loving towards every person she knew. She showed me that we should make the most of the time we have.

My Mom

My Mom has just always been my greatest role model. She showed me how to be an independent, kind person. I wouldn’t be who I am today without her.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Dr. King fought for the rights of black people. He stood up for them even though he did face some scrutiny from others. He was courageous and a pacifist.

My Dream: To Go Skydiving

I really want to go skydiving mainly because it’s so crazy and exhilarating, and I want to experience that for myself.
