I actually do think that, because you are a man, it’s problematic for you to broadcast your opinion about this topic. You’re making judgements about an under-represented group of people from the outside, and as an outsider you can’t fully understand what it’s like for those of us who are on the inside. You’re broadcasting your own opinion on FFA’s, rather than helping to create spaces for women to discuss FFA’s and decide among ourselves what these repeats mean to us. You’re telling women, from the outside, what we are feeling (not confident enough) and what we should do (climb more FA’s). If you want to empower women, let us speak for ourselves.
