Same/Same/but Different. Creating an inclusive kindergarten.

This is an empowering article that all educators should read. Teaching and spending time learning with young children has led me to the same conclusions about the importance of speaking about ethnicity, social injustices, and the power of togetherness. This same framework can be implied to create inclusive practices with humans with varying intellectual and physical disabilities. We notice differences, so let’s start the conversation early about how we all experience happiness, sorrow, and want to be loved. Bravo!!! The world needs honesty to create compassion. ❤️
