Hey Nick, this is a great breakdown of delegations. I particularly liked the part where you break down how much you can spend for someone to do the job as well or better than you can, I don’t think I’ve considered it that way before. I think this part of your piece is really important as well. Delegation needs clear and straightforward communication but I think that it can also be an expression of trust. Letting your employee know why you chose them can give them the confidence to do an even better job.
