RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS

Kindness simply is a positive action that leaves someone in a better situation than before. It doesn’t have to be as extravagant as paying for someone’s surgery or spending hours and hours volunteering.

Literally, it can be anything. A smile. Hold the door open for another. Bring food to someone. Pay for the person in line behind you. Connect with a stranger. Say ‘I love you’ to someone close. Even treating yourself to a night out, getting a pedicure, or a massage are all acts of kindness. Yes, that’s right, you can, and should, be kind to yourself too!

Five Acts Of Kindness

1. Give an honest compliment everyone loves a nice compliment, but giving one is easier said than done. You have to get the tone just right, or else someone might take your compliment the wrong way. The key? Say something you honestly believe to be true, and then deliver your compliment in a sincere tone of voice. Your genuine warmth will not go unnoticed, and you just might make someone’s day. So from this I started to work on it. I gave compliments to other like my friends, family members and those people I know.

2. Be a good listener to be a good listener you should remove or avoid distractions. Watch for non-verbal communication and tone of voice. Be the mirror. Empathize, sympathize, and show interest. Practice silence. Ask probing questions. Don’t interrupt or change the subject. Think before responding.

So when someone wants to share something with me I focused all above things.

3. Treat someone to a coffee or tea if you want to treat someone generously, Offer them for water or tea. So I did this with my friend, family and others. I asked him for a tea with little smile and told them I want to spend some time with you.

4. Thank someone who you appreciate Of course, a “thank you” is always appreciated — but, we’ve all become so used to hearing those two little words, they’ve all but lost their meaning in many cases. When someone does something that inspires you to offer an expression that seems even more heartfelt and sincere, you might find yourself struggling to demonstrate your thankfulness — without relying on those oft-repeated words. So, I did this kind of kindness. When someone appreciated me for my cooperative nature than I said thanks properly.

5. Show care for your pet owning a pet is a huge responsibility, especially if you think about pet health. However, this responsibility also comes with a huge reward in the form of the adoration and love that your pet will show towards you. So show care for your pet and I also show care. I give food on time, clean my cat daily and I play with my cat daily. I give proper time to my cat
