sharing a story of my mentor
MMentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction. John C. Crosby
Everyone in life always need somebody’s help, guidance, suggestions, tips to be successful. It’s not that necessary that should be a formal mentor from professional life they could be your parents ,family members, friends or relatives etc.who actually guide you throughout your life, your teachers, friends at any level of education or trainer, supervisor, it could be any one…. :)
The delicate balance of mentoring someone is not creating them in your own image, but giving them the opportunity to create themselves.
i have lot of mentors in my life who guided me in every aspect of life.it is difficult for me to mention specific names so i can share generally.my mother who always stand with me in every step for my career she always helped me in every situation.my teachers which are mentor of my professional life really inspired me when i talked with them or had discussions with them.they are all very humble persons and have humility.i learned a lot from them.they always helped me in my achievements, they always guide me moving towards right direction in my career.whenever i found any difficulty i discussed with them and they always guide me and provide solutions for every critical situations.
whenever we had meeting and discussions ,they shared their stories with us that were very inspirational for us for our professional life.they guide me by relating to their life stories.how i can be like their.what steps or improvements that i needed…..i also learned from some of my friends and fellows by listening their stories.they always trying to help me whenever i need.may ALLAH bless them all….
One of the greatest values of mentors is the ability to see ahead what others cannot see and to help them navigate a course to their destination.
