Practicing everyday happiness to boost your success
If we think positive then half of our problems automatically solve. But nobody is willing that he/she do this. Everything has two sides first is negative side and the 2nd is positive side. It totally depends on us that which side we want to see either positive or negative.
Here I want to add my personal example, I am that type of person who always see negative side and due to my this habit I feel very nervous, depressed and also irritation because I want to see the positive side but I can’t do this. All the time I thought about that person/thing and due to this I get severe headache. Different bad things come to my mind about that person and without knowing anything about that person (might be that person is doing right). I think myself that this person is doing wrong. In order to cope of this problem, we must look at the positive side of the picture and kept our self in place of this person (i.e. if we are in this situation then what will we do then we easily understand that person’s problem) and the important thing is that we must concentrate on positive points instead of negative points.
Moreover, I practice the following two activities suggested by Shawn Anchor.
1)Meditation
“When I practice meditation then I feel more happy and positive and I observed that I also feel more relax,calm and reduce all my tensions.”
2) Journaling
The other activity, journal, is also very helpful to remain me in positivity. I always prefer that I help other people (i.e. my friends,colleagues,relatives etc) by doing something for them.
These activities are very much helpful to be a positive and happy person and I think these things also beneficial for our professional life.
At the end I just say one thing “We can’t live a Positive life with a negative mind.”
