Skies on fire

Golden arrows pour from the sky;

Sun sets and the world comes to life.

The sky is a fiery raging blaze

With shifting colours from blue to maize;

With mountains dipped in famished flames,

From coral rivers to crimson plains.

The world glows as the fire spreads,

Like a globe that’s washed in a sea of red.

Night falls,

The fire appears in a mysterious cape

And it’s now clad in a dark blue shade.

Midnight,

The fire turns grey

Ashes now shimmer in white blinking rays.
