You know, like any of the other 99.9% of companies that asks for the exact same 2 years experience….

It’s a little hard to get those two years when nobody is hiring. These days even Junior positions ask for 5 years experience.

And no, internships and apprenticeships apparently don’t count either.

After the 5000th “Not enough experience” rejection, you bloody well start taking it personally.

Sincerely, a designer that has been searching for a job for over two years since graduating, and still hasn’t gotten a job because she doesn’t have 2 years experience. (Note: I am not in the USA.)
