It was indeed a good read Shreya. My daily practice leads me to inculcate these in my day to day routine. The Art of Living Foundation has a big role to play in this. There are techniques through which one can practice this art. I agree that one doesn’t have to be completely detached but one surely has to give up the feverishness in everything one does. A calm mind can always achieve more than a feverish and restless mind. The mind plays various tricks and if one got carried away by those then results will not be good. Sudarshan Kriya and Meditation with a little Volunteering has given me the means to handle the mind.
