2) Downward dog position
It is a useful workout for your back. It is a very good stretching exercise. You can use a mat for doing this workout. Stand straight and then bend your body in a kneeling position by placing your hands under the shoulders and fingers should spread. So now your hands and feet will be touching the floor. You should see that they should be aligned in a parallel position. Put a little bit pressure on your hands and heels so that you are able to stretch your back muscles. Hold the position for few seconds and then return to the original posture. Practice it few minutes daily to notice the results.
