3) Low belly leg reach position
It is good exercise for the abdominal region. Lie down on the floor. Bend your knees at right angle. Contract your abs and place your hands behind the head. Knees should be stacked over the hips. Slowly lift your shoulders and stretch the abdominal area. Hold the position for five seconds, now extend your legs to an angle of about 45 degrees and again hold for 5 seconds such that you are squeezing your belly. Follow some rounds of this exercise.
