Good testing — it’s surprising how much easier it gets, isn’t it?
You might find that if you carry on doing the 3 dayers regularly, you reach the point where it feels so easy, you test a 4 or a 5 dayer just out of curiosity.
I’ve started each month this year with a 3 dayer, did an ‘I wonder?’ 4 dayer at the start of June, and a 5 dayer at the start of July — I didn’t find the 5 dayer significantly more difficult than the 3 dayers.
I think I’ll stick to the 3 dayers most months — minimum effective dose and all that — but maybe start the year with a 5 dayer just for that sense of strength and control.
Good luck with it! :-)
