Justin, thanks so much for getting a minute with Gary Vaynerchuk.

For me, another way I read Gary’s advice is process vs outcome, even though the analogy is imperfect.

If you’re confident your process will lead to the long term outcome, probabilistically, (check in with a mentor for feedback on this), then that’s your macro view and where to be patient.

Where to not be patient is if you’re not hard at work applying the process day in and day out. That’s the micro, to me.

The other thing I would add is to lose the entitlement to the outcome, but keep the confidence in one’s hard won knowledge.
