“Seeing potential, not just problems.”

I love this quote here. Such a small mental reframing can alter the reality in which we are working.

Having worked on enterprise software and with nonprofits, the challenges you outline above are true. The prospect of solving some of those design puzzles for better usability and communication is indeed exciting. But the biggest UX problem to solve before the software is tackled is one of “corralling and aligning a lot of different people — and seeing beyond short-term obstacles.”

It’d be interesting to muse over the ways in which that can be done.
