To the budding readers

I recently stumbled upon a book in my library. I have not read it before or even heard about it in any of groups. But as soon as I picked it, I realized that my 6 year old daughter is definitely going to like it. It was this book called Pinkalicious — The princess of pink slumber party by Victoria Kann.

The cover is very attractive and pink being one of her favorite colors, I was sure this will keep her hooked. I understand not all kids fancy princess stories these days, but to those who love this genre will definitely have loads of fun reading this. This is about a slumber party for all the princesses and what they wish to dream about. It has got pretty princess, tiaras, colorful illustrations and more than that it is a very light and fun read. If you are looking for non-Disney or the not-the-regular stories , this is will be a perfect choice. It comes in paperback and cheaper than the well established ones but definitely a worthy one. Some of the stories under Pinkalicious are royal tea party, soccer star, cherry blossom etc. Kids will just love it.. There are similar series like Purplicious, Goldilicious etc. Grab one today for the little one..
