Liberals, Get With the Program. There’s No God, Remember?

Atheism is the fastest growing religious thought pattern in the USA.

Atheists are an interesting bunch, that much is sure. While many people are defined by many things that they ARE or DO, atheists are solely defined by their non-belief in something. It’s peculiar, to say the least.

Homosexuals have the same issue. Most people realize that their sex life is a PART of their lives, but don’t go telling everyone they meet about it. Their lives revolve around it. It isn’t just a part of them, it IS them. Which is sad to me. They let something that should even make up perhaps 5% of who they are hijack the other 95%.

Same with Vegans.

Anyway, back to Atheism. For an ideology so heaven-bent on “not caring” about God, they sure seem to do a lot of research, posting, and debating. I’m constantly bombarded with posts on religion, Jesus, and Christianity, all from people who claim to not believe in it.

For example, I don’t care one bit about soccer. I think it’s a silly sport and cannot understand for the life of me what most of the world sees in it. But if I were a liberal I would:

Degrade anyone who plays soccer
Preach against it
Find soccer players who abuse children and draw attention to them
Attack anyone who defends it
Make fun of its followers
Post multiple things daily about how dumb soccer is
Demand apologies for the inconveniences I have because soccer exists
Hold conferences and rallies designed for people who don’t care about soccer
Write articles and design countless graphics to prove how it makes you dumber, makes you less attractive, and is only for half-wits, etc.
Demand tolerance for my group of soccer apathetics everywhere because #apethicsmatter
Constantly spin articles in order to paint it in a bad light
Create groups to plot the overthrow of this pathetic excuse of an outdoor activity

Do you see the type of lunacy the left has wholeheartedly accepted and now promotes? It’s crazy. It’s gone to full-on obsession mode.

Perhaps there’s a crazy reason for it. Now, I’m just throwing this out there, but maybe, just maybe, they can feel that there is something there. They can feel that there’s something other-worldly about spirituality and a Supreme Being. Perhaps they know it’s true, but like children who are caught in a lie, continue to deny it and throw tantrums instead of considering that they’re just plain wrong. They take it a step farther by persecuting and bullying anyone that believes. They go out of their way to tell people that they are wrong.

And it makes me laugh. I just think to myself, “Self, do Liberals just have eternally guilty consciences? Do they realize that they are drawing more and more attention to a thing that they don’t believe in.” They’ve gone from the first step of just not caring into the justification phase. This means going out of your way to make sure people know it. They’ll have Bible verses memorized, historical names and dates in the back of their mind, science quotes and “facts”, and my personal favorite, the pulling of the Logic Card.

Literally, thousands upon thousands of people are drawn to Christianity because of these critics. People see the hateful rhetoric, the outlandish claims, and the deception from Atheists/Agnostics/Science-Guys and realize the truth. There will always be criticism. There will always be those that are on the wrong side of history. There will always be losers, in other words.

They are fascinated with something that they don’t even believe in.

I only wish that Christians were as obsessed with God as Liberals seem to be.
