Constraints

There are several factors that are constraints on my project. I have 45 hours to complete this project. This includes conferring with my client as well as planning, designing, and the production itself. To make this less stressful I am going to allocate time/lessons to specific parts of the project, i.e planning designing and production. This while allow me to see which part of the project I should be on each lesson and if I am falling behind. Another constraint is the budget, I do not know my budget yet be when I meet with my client I will get the budget, then go on to price up all the parts to make sure the money is equally7 throughout the project.

Industrial manufacture

If my project went on to be industrially manufactured it would be designed on a computer using a 3D design program this would cut time and allow the designing to be reused several times without complication. The design would be printed on either a 3D printer or routed on a large CNC router. Routed if wood was used and printed if if plastic was used. Once the design had been printed/ routed it would go on to be painted, this would add a personal touch to the buyers product, it would be painted with large air brushes saving time as it would take a lot longer to paint it buy hand. It would then be sprayed with a clear coat to make it last longer thus giving it more value for money.
