Important update about Arcona ICO
The Arcona’s team has decided to continue ICO. Its end is scheduled for July 15. There is a number of good reasons for this. First of all, we remain on the path of negotiations with a range of potential strategic partners interested in a global project development and promotion. They are closely following our technological progress.
Thus, within a month the new expanded version of Arcona Core — our AR platform core — will be published. This time it will include a complex of our original algorithms allowing for a quick and accurate reconstruction of the Earth’s surface based on distributed GIS. Already, the Arcona Core functionality is not inferior to the most popular computer vision libraries such as OpenCV or PCloud. Moreover, due to the artificial neural networks involved it has huge advantages in terms of massive implementation of AR outdoor environment.
Already in 2019 in the largest megacities of the world the whole digitized quarters under the Arcona brand will appear, and our current successful solutions just prove that.
In the summer, immediately after the ICO, the ecosystem marketplace will be presented, that’s where all the tokenholders will be able to buy and sell the Digital Land. Auctions will be organized for all the project participants. Even for the best territories the bidding will start from minimum price: 1 arcona token for 1 square meter. The marketplace is where we consider the software developers, creators of 3D content and all enthusiasts who want to create a new world of augmented reality with us will meet, and we are excited to invite everyone.
Today we can say that the ICO Arcona is being held successfully. By this moment, more than 7 thousand ETH have been collected, which is enough for the first stage of platform creating. Such results guarantee that we will implement all the next stages of development announced in the roadmap. The extension of comensal is an opportunity to acquire new partners and associates for a more dynamic and ambitious startup ecosystem. After all, Arcona is not only new technologies, but also a global infrastructure that will be able to support and promote quite any AR project all across the planet.
