Analysts at Deloitte estimate that this year already more than a billion smartphone owners will be dealing with augmented reality. 300 million of them will become regular consumers of AR content, and tens of millions will finally try themselves as AR artists. According to latest Deloitte’s report “Technology, Media and Telecommunications Predictions” 2018 will be a huge year for AR, a year of active expansion of this technology to the mass market.

Indeed, AR-compatible smartphones become the norm, more and more applications for gaming, networking, online-shopping and navigating are fitted with AR.
