It’s been a while but the time has come. Arcticium(old name Arcswap) private testnet is live on StarkNet Goerli right now.
- What is that Arcticium ???!
To summarize, Arcticium is a fully on-chain and permissionless P2P NFT Marketplace like OTC assets swap. OTC asset swaps also involve an actual asset exchange instead of just cash flows. So, You can trade your nft for another nft. If the value of the nft you want to trade is not the same as the nft you have, you can list your nft to nft + currency (arcEth,arcStark or arcDai) remember these are test tokens only, the same applies when bidding.
2. How to works Arcticium?
We try to explain how Arcticium works in our second blog post. If you have eligible to participate in the testnet, you can test all the features of Arcticium.
2.1 If you don’t have any nft you can mint nft.
2.2 If you want to list your nft click on open trade button and you want any user to bid any nft you can list your nft in any tab.
2.3 If you want to swap the nft you have with any nft from a specific collection, you can list your nft by selecting the collection in the collection tab.
2.4 If you want to exchange the nft you have with an nft of your choice, you can select the collection and nft from the nft tab and list, if you want a currency, you can choose one of them. (arcEth, arcStark, or arcDai) and enter the amount.
2.5 If you want to bid on an nft, you must click the make offer button. After clicking the Make Offer button, you can bid by choosing one of the NFTs you own and add currency to your offer by selecting the currency option.
2.6 You can cancel the listing of the nft you have listed or accept one of the offers in the offers tab.
2.7 if you are the bidder you can cancel the bid.
2.8 We put Faucet so that you can trade comfortably on the testnet. You can request your test tokens (arcEth, arcStark, arcDai) every 24 hours.
3. We loved Arcticium, what’s next?
As we said before, we are not like classical marketplaces, we are building a Defi ecosystem for nfts. Arcticium will be AMM for Nft’s.
Note that Starknet is still in alpha, there may be problems due to this.
