the only issue is that you’re relying on a user using the tab key, which is not a part of any standard - browsers may decide to expose this as a setting.
also, truly dedicated keyboard users will often use various extensions (i.e. vimium for chrome) which define their own bindings for cycling through clickable elements/finding a specific element on page.
but at least your solution works for 99% of 1%! :)
