I don’t think there was any significant Polish government action to encourage Jews to emigrate to Palestine before the war. I also don’t know how suddenly in article about prewar Germany you ended up with Poland.
Looks like you have same attitude like Ken Livingston — if the facts don’t fit to your narrative lets invent them…
