What happened to me was a little spooky and upsetting.

My 87 year-old father died and I was adminstering his estate, he was very digitally active , amongst other things an active contributor to citizendium (a peer reviewed wikipedia).

This required I access his google account (and many others)to close various accounts and subscriptions down. I deliberately didn’t add his account to my google account. Nonetheless Google changed my profile picture to his for quite a while.
