Is the SPLC a Hate Organization?
The ‘Southern Poverty Law Center’ has long been known as one of the plethora of organizations created to help the alt-left triumph in the current culture war raging in our nation. Such institutions seem to follow an almost cookie-cutter approach:
1. Create an organization with a lofty and formal sounding title, with a primary focus on branding and optics as opposed to substance and fully fleshed out ideas, positioning yourself as champion of the little guy, against an oppressive or hateful force
2. Use manipulative advertising, mischaracterizations and exaggerations to emphasize the dangers of your foes, and the blamelessness of your own side, presenting a narrative of great injustice that must be rectified, to raise funds for your propaganda efforts
3. Make optimal use of the overwhelming bias in the mainstream press to publicize your message, to normalize your platform and worldview, paint your opponent’s worldview as an abnormal and dangerous throwback to the past, to create sympathy with your cause and give the impression of a moral high ground
The left is brilliant when it comes to these Alinsky’ite tactics, and in fact their greatest skill set may be ‘community organizing’, creating mechanisms to rally individuals to a cause even if they have little to no idea of the substance behind said cause. The right, on the other hand, is completely oblivious, completely inept (though it could be argued this is a testament to their character) when it comes to the clever and intellectually dishonest shrewdness necessary to carry out such effective operations.
If we’re being frank (and this is, after all, what Medium is for), we should admit there exists a racial/cultural element at play here, as well. I say this without one iota of hatred in my heart, but rather out of a desire for an open and honest recognition of an elephant in the room we’ve all chosen to avoid addressing for decades:
Speaking broadly, the Western ethos tends to prize trustworthiness, honor, fair play, directness of communication, loyalty to one’s nation, etc… a cultural foundation which translates into something of a naivete when it comes to the world of branding and advertising and influencing minds, or dirty politics and dirty tricks.
The Jewish ethos, however, is far more utilitarian in this respect. Whether innate, or stemming from the fact that they’ve essentially epitomized the philosophical concept of ‘the other’ throughout recorded history, they don’t share the same hierarchy of values, and thus, broadly speaking, have a much more ends-justify-the-means manner of looking at the world. The game is less about how do I seek to do best by my fellow man and my nation, and more about how do I win.
Much like the neocon’s who suddenly mass ‘converted’ from far-leftist political and philosophical perspectives to push our nation into engaging in several military adventures over the past few decades, many shrewd individuals recognize that impressions and optics and narratives rule the day, not quaint little relics of yesteryear like facts, details, truth. Reality, at the end of the day, is what people can be made to believe, even if this is in total contrast to what actually is. I believe this to be one of the most infuriating realizations for any honest and just mind, and many individuals most firmly rooted in the western tradition might recoil at this idea… yet, it’s a simple truth, in our modern age, and becoming more profoundly true by the day. ‘The Project for a New American Century’, the ‘American Enterprise Institute’, the ‘Foundation for the Defense of Democracies’… these organizations sound fantastic on paper, creating a formalized veneer (and thus a very real power) for those who wear them as uniforms, allowing them to essentially dictate American foreign policy. Men like Kagan, Wolfowitz, Wurmser, Feith, Perle, virtually single-handedly dictated the course of our nation under Bush Jr., and little has changed to the present day.
These organizations exist not only to shape foreign policy, but also to shape our culture. The ADL, the JDL, the ACLU, and many, many others, sprung up practically overnight, fully formed and funded, with ideologies and worldviews to push. The brilliance of these organizations, however, wasn’t so much in the pushing of their own perspectives on the nation at large, but rather the way in which they used emotion as a bludgeon to marginalize and silence their opponents. After all, who could dare speak out against an ‘Anti-Defamation League’, or an ‘American Civil Liberties Union’… their very titles, after all, insinuate that they’re practically doing the Lord’s work. What monster would stand in their way? What vile beast could possibly be PRO-defamation, or against civil liberties?
These are tactics, tools, leverage, aimed at dismantling the foundations of conservatism, of family, Christianity… anything and everything traditionally western, anything representing a root of our civilization and heritage. Most of America, until very recently, failed to recognize them as such, allowing such groups to wield immense power over the public discourse, creating and dominating cultural narratives, dictating what is normal and abnormal, even suing and locking up their more powerful foes. All of this with an almost effortless ease. After all, if a force is pushing in a given direction and it remains completely unchecked by any counter force, the result is inevitable: the debate is won, without even having occurred.
The SPLC, the brilliantly titled ‘Southern Poverty Law Center’, may be the most nefarious outgrowth of these advocates of cultural marxism. Since their inception, they’ve worn the uniform of civil rights crusaders, standing against the Klan, neo-Nazism, and other such individuals whom we’ve been taught represent the epitome of all evil on this earth. Never mind that the Klan has essentially ceased to exist, an organization that once had 3million members now being composed of a few hundred very confused individuals (a near majority of whom are federal agents and infiltrators) who’s foremost activities seem to be appearances on Jerry Springer’esque talk shows, seemingly to assure that America knows they’re here, that they’re hateful and angry, that they’re violent and seemingly can’t resist tossing chairs. The number of African American’s lynched by Klan members in the last decade or two has dropped significantly since the 1900’s, from (and I’m ballparking here) ‘massive number’ to ‘zero’. One might look at this drop and say organized racial violence seems to have declined sharply in this nation, certainly with regards to racial violence carried out by white racialist organizations. Not so!, the SPLC breathlessly assures us, there’s essentially no greater threat to this nation or our democracy than these .0001% donning robes and pointy hats, and they need your money to fight this scourge before it inevitably consumes the entire nation!
And here’s a point of confusion about these groups, if I might digress for a moment: their histrionics about the nature/extent of the threat seems to hint at the fact that the ideology of white racialism is so profoundly attractive, so convincing and compelling, that if countless billions of dollars aren’t thrown at the issue, to censor viewpoints, imprison or sue into the stone age their influencers and thought leaders, that the entire nation is at risk of falling prey to their racialist siren song. Just an interesting aside, to ponder. Never in all of recorded history has so much time and energy and capital been spent to silence and marginalize so few, to prevent certain ideas from being aired or debated in the public forum, to my knowledge.
So what IS the SPLC exactly, stripping away all of the lofty titling and verbiage and posturing? If you’ll listen to Morris Dees or any number of the individuals in leadership positions, or take a casual glance at the organizations they deem to be ‘hate groups’, the truth becomes immediately clear: The SPLC hates the traditionally western cultural ethos, the foundations of every indo-European nation. The importance of the nuclear family, kin, pride in one’s nation or background, self-responsibility, tradition. They seem to harbor a special hatred for Christianity, with nearly all Christian groups that dare to hold the belief that children may be best served by having a positive male and a positive female influence in their most formative years being labeled as ‘hate groups’ by Mr. Dees and his far-left band of merry men.
Because of men like Mr. Dees and his organizations, we no longer have an open and honest debate with regards to ideas, in this nation. The left has hijacked nearly every last significant cultural megaphones, and is now proclaiming, with supreme aggressive arrogance, ‘THIS is the way to think, live and be. If you disagree, you will pay the price’. Does it strike anyone else as odd that American’s should pay a price for genuinely and deeply holding the religious or moral or ethical beliefs of the founding fathers that built this nation? I think those seeking to strike at the roots of our collective culture seem to have hateful motives in their hearts. I believe, should they succeed, they’ll be ushering in an unnatural and unhealthy world of chaos, disorder, confusion. Like children seeking to kill our father because we’ve been lulled into believing he’s been overly harsh, the end results of the actions of these culture-destroyers would be catastrophic.
I’ve come to believe that those seeking to strike at the roots of our collective culture seem to have hateful motives in their hearts. They seem to seek a headlong sprint towards a complete breakdown of social order. Nary a word is spoken against the rampant corruption, spreading like a cancer through DC and all positions of influence and finance and power in this nation… even worse, those who speak up against the selling out of our nation via pay-to-play, or the lobbyist and special interest take over of our political structure, are often the first to be labeled hateful, bigoted, anti-semitic, even ‘dangerous’. This should be an ominous sign for those with eyes to see…
It’s time to stand up and label such organizations for what they are, and resist them with every weapon at our disposal. These organizations are fueled by petty hatred and anger for individuals and groups they dislike and disagree with, and instead of engaging in an honest discussion of ideas, they instead choose to use the most profoundly manipulative means to destroy nearly every last ideological precept championed by our founding fathers, the most important of which has always been freedom of speech, a right from which all others are downstream. Allowed to think and speak freely, individuals and societies (when efficiently organized and run) will virtually always reach a healthy and happy middle ground, if history is allowed to be our guide. It’s only when this playing field is artificially tilted by dishonest actors that the entire edifice runs the very real risk of collapse.
It’s extremely rare that I hear a hateful tone when I talk to conservatives, or Christians, or American Patriots, or any individual who seems to genuinely seek what they believe to be best for their neighbor, their children, and their nation. In other words, from the majority of individuals that qualify for SPLC’s ‘hate group’ designation. I do hear a hateful tone from the talking heads on CNN, MSNBC, from the slew of Antifa’esque organizations they provide cover for, and from men like Morris Dees and the SPLC. This is the hatred I believe to be tearing our nation apart, and it’s the hatred we need to stand up, with a single voice, and expose for what it is.
The amount of hatred and animosity cultivated towards Trump, towards all who hold right-wing or conservative viewpoints, towards those of a European or Christian background, is unlike anything I’ve ever witnessed before in my lifetime, and the SPLC is certainly on the cutting edge of this propagandistic push. The ‘punch a Nazi’ meme has quickly evolved into ‘punch a conservative white person’, and very soon will be ‘punch anyone who disagrees with you’. This is the law of the jungle, and we’re being pushed down this path with stunning rapidity. I don’t hear this encouragement of hatred and violence from the right, and the fact that our press and extremely well-funded organizations are now championing this view is terrifying, with regards to it’s implications.
Hatred for the principles that built this nation (and so many others before it) has no right to shamelessly masquerade as a noble force acting with the moral high ground.
The facade needs to be ripped away from these hard-left culture destroying forces: they fight not for the common man, but instead operate behind masks to aggressively push a cultural-marxist doctrine, one which stands in direct opposition to the lofty and noble foundations of our nation and it’s founders.
