I would be hesitant to try and implement this approach in practice , especially in a startup environment. Most often time is the most valuable resource , and these learning experience would consume plenty of it. As a product leader you are better off hiring experienced people, or at least people who “get it” fast and don’t need spending days waxing cars or painting fences.
