Fry-day!

In honor of national fry day on this fine Thursday, I thought I would give you my recipe for some sweet potato fries to celebrate without the guilt!

You’ll need:

  • sweet potatoes (number varies on how many people served used your best judgement)
  • olive oil
  • ground black pepper
  • garlic salt
  • oregano
  • Tony’s seasoning
  • Gallon size zip-lock bag

You’ll start by preheating the oven to 425 degrees. Next you will cut up the sweet potatoes however you like. After you have cut them you will put them in a gallon size zip-lock bag and add the olive oil and all the seasoning to your taste. After you’ve added all the seasoning in with the potatoes in the bag you’ll zip it up and shake it thoroughly to make sure all the seasoning and olive oil is evenly distributed. Once you’ve done that you will evenly place the potatoes onto a oven safe pan and bake them for 20–30 minutes.

Once they are out you can enjoy them! They have the great taste without the guilt!
