STATS, Inc. does it real-time (and they offer team-specific packages, as well as media packages), and there are a number of smaller companies like Sport Radar that do it for fantasy websites. It’s a lot of similar stuff to PFF, like “passer rating when targeted,” “coverage snaps per target,” “hurries allowed,” “passing under pressure,” etc.
