STUFF TO TRY & MAKE SURE I DONT KILL MYSELF

- Wrap yourself in a giant fluffy blanket. Bonus points if you can stick it in the drier to warm it up first, or put it in a place that it can soak up a sunbeam. It feels like a hug!
- Candles/Candle Warmer. Warm and soothing and smells nice.
- A long hot shower. Bath-type comfort sans bath. Get some soap/shampoo/whatever you really like the smell of to make showering a treat rather than a chore.
- A hot drink. Tea. Something delicious and soothing. Not hot water.
- Cuddle a favorite stuffed toy. Sometimes I put a light spritz of a particularly comforting perfume or something to make it smell nice.
- Hug your bestfriend/datemate/cat/pillow/etc.
- Wash your sheets?
