I'm a pretty boring person on the weekend, and in my spare time I make these sample case studies for myself to see how I would approach growth at another company. I attached one of my most recent case studies. This is sample of what a Product Manager, Growth position would be doing at least from my experience.

A lot of my process was molded by Reforge — Brian Balfour and Andrew Chen’s growth program, learning from books like Exponential Organizations, various books/blogs, and my own stats and product experiences.
