Here is review I left on good reads Ideally a 3.5 star book. Given how much the authors revered Bill, their struggle to tackle the subject takes a good 30–40 pages of the beginning of the book as it does towards the end. This is a however, a very good book in the middle of you care about building teams and great tips how a manager can be become a leader and be empathetic.
