“We’re all going to die. Not much of this activity and angst really matters. It didn’t matter for the people who died this year, 50 years ago, 100 years ago, 1,000 years ago.
It’s going to be ok. Keep plugging away.” — this is not a hard to grasp concept — intellectually, but on the emotional level, this is a total mindfuck.

The only way I found to really even begin to comprehend and accept this, is via mediation, and even then, it is so incredibly fleeting and just scratches the surface.
