The same outcome could happen if there is a brokered convention.
An angry irrational Trump who has the highest number of delegates loses at the brokered convention because delegates aren’t obligated to vote the way their state asked them to. So Trump runs as the independent and Ryan is the Republican nominee.
Then insert your outcome of the house elected president and you have the same outcome.
So does two ways the same outcome can happen make it twice as likely? :)
