On Saturday, March 24, hundreds of thousands gathered in D.C. to protest gun violence in the shadow of the capitol building. The event, organized by survivors and student-activists from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, which experienced a mass shooting on Feb. 14 in Parkland, Florida, that killed 17 students and teachers. Every speaker at the March For Our Lives D.C. was under 19, with some being as young as 11. Here are just a few of their powerful words.
